About Us

Hey! I'm Steph and the cute man you'll see and hear lots about on here is my amazeballs fiancé, Scot.

We met in August of 2007, just after I graduated from college. We were in a long distance relationship for a year, until we moved in together just outside of DC in July of 2008.

We got engaged on April 18th 2010 and are planning our wedding for June of 2012. Why so far out, you may ask? ((You wouldn't be the first.)) Well, the wedding will end up being primarily funded by just the two of us, and we are no Brangelina (in the kids AND the money departments). Simple enough! We may be getting a little help along the way from parental units, but some of that is still up in the air.

All that it really boils down to is that Scot and I are trying to plan for a smallish, rustic, relaxed wedding on the east coast of Maryland. My goal is to have it be fun for everyone, because isn't that what weddings are all about? The joy and happiness that surrounds everyone?! It is, in my book!
